All orders are shipped via Interparcel Australia within Australia unless other options are available at the time of shipping. On-Tour Pty Ltd requests that a business address is given as the delivery address for security reasons.  If a residential address is given as the delivery address at the time of checkout, an “Authority to Leave” will be placed on the shipment as no “re-deliveries” are accepted by On-Tour Pty Ltd.  By completing the sale and paying for the goods in full, you are agree to the “Authority to Leave” goods at the front door of the property details given in the delivery details.  No responsibility is accepted by On-Tour Pty Ltd for any loss of goods once the shipment has been delivered.
